was I going to make it all day without touching her?

    Chapter Seven – Lauren
I sighed and looked at the clock. It was already almost six. I had to get going so I could get home and shower if I was going to make it to the eight AM breakfast meeting. I didn’t want to leave Marcus’s arms though. I would be perfectly happy staying here in bed all day with him – naked.
“We really need to get up,” I said reluctantly. “At least I need to. I need to go home and change. I can’t show up today in the same clothes as yesterday.”
He snorted and kissed my neck. “No one would notice.”
I couldn’t help but roll my eyes and laugh. “Um, I doubt that,” I said. “But I really do have to get going.” I managed to peel myself away from him, standing up. My legs were sore in all the right places as I walked over to my clothes folded on the chair.
“What are you smiling about?” He asked as he lay back in bed, propping himself up on a few pillows to watch me.
“Nothing,” I said as I grabbed my bra to put it on. “Just thinking I am sore from last night. A good kind of sore,” I said as I finished fastening my bra behind me and climbed on the bed to straddle him. “And very satisfied,” I said as I leaned down to kiss him softly on the lips.
He groaned and I could feel his cock grow hard beneath me. “Not fair. You can’t do that to me and expect me to not kidnap you and keep here with me all day. Then we’d miss the meeting and both get in trouble,” he said with a crooked grin.
I sighed and got up to finish dressing. As much as I wanted to tease him until he was begging, I knew I had to run home. “You’re right,” I said. “We can’t both be late. Well, neither of us should be late really. I’m going to catch a cab home. I’ll see you there in a bit?”
He nodded and sat up in bed, swinging his legs over the edge. He had a perfectly toned chest and I wondered how much time he spent at the gym. I’d like to lick him all over right now. Not now…but later for sure . He stood up and walked over to me in all of his naked glory.
“Yep, I’ll see you down there,” he said before kissing me one last time. He pulled me tight against him and kissed me deeply, reminding me of our passion the night before and of the passion to come later.
When he finally broke the kiss, I was breathless. “Better go or you’ll be late,” he said with a grin and a slap on my ass before he turned to walk into the bathroom.
I squealed and laughed, surprised by his action. “Right,” I said, reaching up to touch my lips swollen from his kiss. Man, could he kiss . “See you in a bit.” I grabbed my purse and headed out the door. I already couldn’t wait to see him, even if it was at a work meeting.
    ***
I managed to get home, get ready, and get to back to the office with plenty of time to spare. Marcus wasn’t there yet and I hoped he hadn’t fallen back to sleep. We sure didn’t get much rest the night before and he’d already been running on no sleep.
I was talking to someone when I noticed him walk in out of the corner of my eye. I had trouble concentrating on my conversation, trying not to check him out as he sat down at the conference table across from me. He was a bit more dressed up today in a button down white shirt and green tie with black dress pants. I bit my lip, hiding a smile as I imagined reaching across the table to grab his tie so I could pull him to me for a kiss. I felt a tingle in my thighs as I thought about his kisses the night before.
“Hi Lauren,” he said to me softly when my conversation finally ended and I turned to him. “How are you this morning?”
I nodded and played with my pen, hoping my nerves weren’t obvious. “Hey Marcus. I’m good. How was the hotel?” I asked casually.
He leaned forward, his dark eyes twinkling. “It was nice, but I had trouble sleeping for some reason. I’m exhausted today.”
I had to fight back a giggle and our VP of marketing
