    “Me either, but it was sexy as all hell,” he said with a grin as he zipped up his pants. He grabbed my thong on the floor and tucked it into his pocket with a smile. “I’ll take these for safe keeping,” he said, giving me a wink. How in the hell was I going to get through the rest of the afternoon knowing he had my panties in his pocket?
    “I’m going to slip out first, then follow in a minute,” I said as I checked myself to make sure I was put back together and didn’t look like I’d just been fucked silly.
    “Wait,” he said and put an arm around my waist. He leaned down and kissed me tenderly. “Now you can go.”
    I reached for the door and ducked out before anyone saw me and walked down to the bathroom with a silly grin on my face. This visit had turned out even better than I’d imagined it would. Marcus was amazing.
    But we were just having a good time weren’t we? When he mentioned being jealous of the other guys talking to me and looking at me, I was confused. And that kiss he just gave me – I wasn’t sure, but that seemed like something more than just two people fucking around.
    I washed my hands and shook my head. I was reading too much into it. I glanced at my watch. I’d better get back to the meeting before someone suspected something.
    It was going to be a long afternoon.

 
    Chapter Eight – Marcus
    I was sitting back at the conference room when she returned. Her face was still slightly flushed from her orgasm and I had to hide my grin behind my hand. I loved the effect I seemed to have on her. She certainly had quite the effect on me. I’ve never done anything like that at a meeting. I was always totally professional when it came to work, but something came over me and I couldn’t wait until tonight to have her.
    I walked over to her. “How was lunch?” I asked casually, knowing I was messing with her.
    She glanced around and the twinkle in her eye told me she was having a hard time not laughing. “Good,” she murmured. “Yours?” she asked me with an arched eyebrow.
    I shrugged. “Nothing special,” I said. “Good luck with your presentation.” She opened her mouth to say something but closed it again as I turned to walk back to my seat. She was just too much fun to tease.
    She took a deep breath and shook her head as she got her presentation ready. I had to give her credit, she held her own very well against a room full men. She knew her stuff and never failed to impress anyone with her knowledge of our company’s products and capabilities.
    She walked around the front of the conference room and I admired her ass in her black skirt but I wasn’t the only one. A surge of jealousy coursed through me as I saw more than one person in the room checking her out and I could imagine what they were thinking.
    I slipped a hand into my pocket and touched her thong. It was still damp from her excitement that morning. An unfamiliar feeling of possessiveness came over me; I didn’t want to share her anymore today. I had to figure out how I was going to get her out of here quickly after this stupid meeting. It would probably be expected that we go out to go to dinner tonight again but I wanted her alone, naked back in the hotel room.
    The meeting finally wrapped up for the day after an agonizingly long afternoon and everyone was taking a break before dinner. “Where do you want to go to dinner?” my boss asked.
    I glanced over to Lauren and she looked at me nervously. I doubted we would be able to get out of dinner tonight. Maybe one of us could, but not both of us. I shrugged. “Doesn’t matter to me. I’m easy,” I replied.
    He turned to Lauren. “What about you?” he asked her.
    She closed her laptop and grinned. “I’m easy too. Wherever.” She shrugged and looked as if she was fighting back a giggle.
