and Maiya panted, dragging in breath after breath. Unable to think straight, she didn’t know what to do. Should she grab him and press her body close, or push him away and try to regain some sort of professionalism? They weren’t exactly alone in the building.
    Ryan snaked his arm around her waist, pulling her close to his body. With one action, he’d made the decision for her. And there was no way in hell she would stop him now. Grabbing his shoulder with her free hand, Maiya arched into him. Soft curves met and molded against his hard chest.

    Ryan chuckled and caught her bottom lip between his teeth, nibbled and then sucked the soft flesh. Maiya moaned, grinding her pelvis against his.

    Maiya dragged in air, trying for all it was worth to catch her breath. Good Lord, the man kissed like a dream. Ryan was proving better than any fantasy she’d ever had. And still, her mind reeled, a futile attempt to force herself back from the ledge of fuck-up-your-career canyon.
