    The G-spot is not the focus of this book, yet G-spot awareness can vastly enhance your capacity for super sexual orgasm. So let’s take a few moments to go over the basics here.     Bend the tip of your flexible dildo and place the suction area on a flat surface. After your sensate focus warm-up, kneel or squat on top of the dildo and insert it so you are stimulating your G-spot. Increase the pressure by rubbing sensuously against the G-spot. If you are attuned, you can actually feel it swell. Now change your position so you hook the curve of the dildo into your G-spot.
