or anything. But bi doesn’t mean you think everyone’s hot. Some bi people lean toward the same sex, others toward the opposite sex. It get’s kind of confusin’.”
“Is Tara bi, too?”
“Nope, she just thinks two guys making out is hot.” Cole smiled. “She and I watch guy-on-guy sometimes before the deed. She’s a wildcat those nights.”
Dalton smiled but his face heated again. “So, does she really…”
Cole grinned. “Think you’re hot?”
“Yes.”
“Oh yeah. She thinks you’re cute as hell.”
“And you guys want to include me?”
“Well, that’s what we’re kind of hoping. But I was supposed to be cool about it. I don’t think seducing you in the shower will qualify as being cool, though.”
Dalton chuckled at Cole, hoping he understood the gravity of the statement. “That’s good. ‘Cause I’m not going to be responsible for hurting Tara. I like her.”
“I know. And we need to talk with Tara. I don’t want to do anything to hurt her either. She and I have been talking about a threesome for a while now. We didn’t know if you’d be interested.”
Dalton dropped his gaze to the floor and chewed on his bottom lip as he thought about what Cole had told him. He looked up and shrugged. “I’m not sure how I feel about anything right now. I’ve never been with a guy before you.”
Cole beamed. “That’s cool. So, you think I’m hot?”
Dalton chuckled. “Yes, you egomaniac. I think you’re hot.”
Cole grinned but became serious. “You’ve never been with another guy? You haven’t ever thought another guy was sexy?”
“Sure. Some guys are attractive, but that’s not the same thing as wanting to throw myself in their arms.”
“Did you ever have a friend that when he touched you, you tingled all over? Or you always wanted to sit next to him? Or some guy you’d want to spend all your free time with?”
“Well, yeah. But only with one or two of my best friends. We would wrestle around and show each other our junk. I think one time we jerked off together.”
Cole chuckled. “I think I’m your first time since you were a kid. But it sounds like you’re bi, somewhere on the spectrum anyway. It’s up to you to decide though, regardless of what other people think.”
Dalton puffed out his cheeks, then let his breath leak from between his lips. “I’m not sure about everything. But thanks for coming to talk to me. I appreciate it. Let’s wait until I get everything straightened out in my head before we talk to Tara.” Dalton patted Cole on the shoulder, only to have the jolt of desire go through him again.
Cole smiled at him and nodded. “We better get started or Tara will have both of our nuts, and it won’t be in a way either of us will enjoy.”
“Come on. I know something we can make that won’t take any time.”
Chapter Four
Tara glanced first at Cole, then at Dalton. Something had happened, she just didn’t know what it was yet. They both were finding their soup far too fascinating, and they were too quiet, especially Cole. Usually by know he would have told at least one bad joke that involved body fluid. Not that she needed bathroom humor to make the night, but it wasn’t like Cole. Am I going to have to be the adult again? This could get old.
Tara sighed and tossed her fork into her plate with a satisfying clatter. “What’s wrong with you two tonight? You’re never this quiet.”
Dalton shrugged and looked even more uncomfortable when Tara tried to catch his gaze. She turned to Cole, locked his gaze and his mouth twitched a couple of times before he blurted out. “Dalton and I had sex today and he’s freaked about it.”
“Cole!” Dalton yelled.
“Cole.” Tara said.
“Well, fuck.”
Dalton started. “I told you not to say anything until I was ready. What are you doing?”
“If you’ve screwed up our friendship with Dalton, I swear to God you’re never going to hear the end of it,” Tara said.
“Holy
