purred.
“What do you want?” Will asked.
He didn’t sound that demanding; in fact, his voice broke a little. Sweat was beading on his forehead, and a fine trickle ran down the side of his neck. Micah had never really paid that much attention to Will before, and he observed, almost detachedly, that he was pretty good-looking. Shame he was a prick.
Unnerved at Micah’s silence, Will repeated himself, sounding even more stressed. “What do you want?”
“Oh, you know us faggots,” Micah said breezily. “Cock.”
    “Fuck off.”
“You said the magic word! Now you get a wish.”
    “Get out of my way.”
    “I don’t think that’s your wish.”
“What are you saying?” Will was sweating profusely now.
Micah was a little distracted by the track a drop of sweat caused as it ran down Will’s neck and along the centre of his chest. “It’s cute, the way you’ve been trying to get my attention. And I guess in this digital age, harassing me online is the equivalent of sending me notes or dunking my pigtails in the ink well.”
“What fucking drugs are you on?”
    “I know it was you.”
    “Know it was me, what?”
“Don’t act dumb. Well, I know with you it isn’t an act, but stop pretending you don’t know. You sent me those messages on Facebook.”
    “You’re crazy.”
“Yeah, but I notice you’re not denying it. And your sending them makes you a homophobe.”
“You make that sound like a bad thing,” Will scoffed. He grasped the towel tightly around his waist, as if he was scared Micah would yank it away.
“I just wonder why you are, that’s all.”
“Why I’m a homophobe? You need a reason? I can give you plenty.”
“I don’t need you to tell me. I already know.” Micah closed in on him, invading his personal space so badly he could smell Will’s breath. Will was losing any pretence at swagger, all confidence leaching out of him.
    “Get out of my face.”
“I don’t think so,” Micah told him. Their chests almost touched, close enough to feel the heat, and Will’s breath became even more ragged. “I think that’s it. You want me in your face.”
    “I’m not going to—”
“You dream of it, don’t you?” Micah dropped his tone, becoming silky and seductive once more. It was such an easy act to put on. “Ever since you found out about me. You’re a self-hating homo, but you know you have no choice. There’s no cure. You’ll be gay forever. And I’m probably the only other one you know. So you have this silly little daydream that one day, after training, we’ll be alone in the change room, just like we are now, and you’ll see me admiring you. And you know what? I never did until today. But you are a good-looking guy with a hot body. So I can’t hide it.”
Will was trembling now. Micah knew he was sliding into cruelty, because the guy looked like he was about to break down. He didn’t say anything; he no longer looked capable of it.
So Micah pushed on. “Instead of being angry that the fag was caught looking at you, you’re flattered. And you’re starting to think, ‘Oh, I wish he would just walk over to me. I hope he sees the huge, raging boner I have and does something about it. That he’ll touch me.’”
Will was a statue, unable to back away or protest. But Micah was getting the reaction he expected. If he looked down, he knew Will would be pitching a tent.
“And then I do it. I approach you. I know what you want. And I want it too. After all, I already have the reputation. You know I’ve already sucked one willing cock in the change room, so what’s one more? And maybe I’m a little lonely too. After all, it’s been a while since a hand was on my dick that wasn’t my own. You’re practically panting now, as my hands brush against the towel you have wrapped around you.”
And Will was. Micah’s hands were on Will’s waist, his skin bristling with static energy. For a fleeting second, he felt Will’s fingers brush against his navel,
