stutter, “S… So this is about sex for you?”
He moved his head slowly from side to side, not taking his eyes off hers for even the slightest moment. “No, Taylor. This is about so much more than sex.”
She quivered all over. Then he dragged his finger across her lower lip.
“Will you please tell me what you want from me?” she asked.
He pulled his finger off her lip and leaned in towards her ear. Then he whispered, “I’ll tell you exactly what I want from you, once I can be sure…”
    “Of?”
    “You.”
    “What about me?” she asked.
He slowly pulled her blazer down her shoulder and then ran his thumb across her soft, milky skin. “I need to know whether or not you can follow all of my rules, Taylor. Then I will tell you exactly what’s in it for you.”
She looked down at his thumb tracing delicate circles along her shoulder. She had no idea what this man wanted, or whether or not he could be trusted. She only knew one thing…
Whatever choice she made next was absolutely huge. And it would decide her fate for the rest of her life.

Colton’s fingers pressed hard against the wet spot beneath her panties. Taylor’s body weakened almost instantly, and whatever fight she brought to this mandatory meeting of his was quickly dissolving in the back of his SUV.
She gasped sharply, breathing in a mix of new car smell and the author’s orange-scented cologne before she spoke. “I can’t play this kinky game with you.”
He pressed into her moist crotch even more firmly, and she tried with all her might to resist moaning loud enough for him to notice. “You can’t?” he rasped, “or you won’t ?”
“What difference does it make to you?”
He flashed a wicked grin, and then sharply pulled his hand away from her underwear.
Damn him f or two reasons . One, she should’ve been the one to call a stop to things in the first place. And two…
As much as she couldn’t stand to admit this to herself, the last thing in the world she wanted right now was for him to stop touching her down below, in that way , like she was the most desirable woman in the world right now.
She shook her head subtly as if she had just woken from an unconscious daydream. I need a doctor , she thought to herself. He thinks he can treat me like the women in his stories … the same stories that have made him the biggest selling author on the planet, but also one of the most despised men alive by hoards of political feminists and conservative media outlets. And the worst part of it all? He can.
“It makes all the difference in the world, Ms. Ward.” He moved further away from her and then leaned back in his creamy leather seat. The billionaire checked his phone, and she couldn’t stop staring at him – that strong jaw buried beneath a thin layer of dark stubble, those dark, clear eyes of his, and those full, pink lips…
And then there was his affect; he suddenly acted as if she wasn’t even in the car with him anymore. How could he just tune her out like that? Even more oddly, why was it that the more he acted like an asshole the more turned on she got by him
He was cold , she thought. And he only cared about getting his rocks off . Don’t do this to yourself, Taylor.
“Thanks to you, I don’t have a job,” she said, folding her arms in front of her chest as if somehow that would make a statement.
He laughed and slowly shook his head.
    “Why is that so funny?”
“It just is,” he said, grinning from ear to ear.
“You really are sick,” she added. “I wanted to believe the rumors weren’t true, but they are… all of them.”
His eyes flamed red. “All of them? So you’ve done your homework?”
“I know how to read, Mr. Marcus.”
“Do you now, Taylor?” he said, pressing his lips into a hard line as he glanced over her chest.
She tried to cover herself up with her arms, but there was
