Peep (Brighten Sisters Book 2)
horny. Contradicting? Maybe a tad, but I can’t help myself with this one. I’m insatiable.
I run my hands down her sides, lifting her shirt as I trail my way back up her body. She readjusts, helping me to rid her of it. Her bra goes next, and my mouth is on her flesh once more. I take a nipple into my mouth and circle the tight bud with my tongue. Her breathing intensifies as I cup her other breast with my hand, tweaking the nipple to elicit a moan from her mouth. I’m on a mission to get her pants off when she pushes me off.
“Oh my God... Tommy!” She practically throws me onto the floor coming down to hide her naked chest behind the sofa.
    “What the hell?”
“The recluse neighbor is home, and his blinds are open.”
    “What are you talking about?”
“The guy who lives across the alley. I’ve never seen him because either his apartment is pitch black or his shades are pulled shut. But they are open, and he just walked in.” She’s excited at the prospect. It has me smiling…
Until I realize which apartment she’s referring to, and my blood goes cold.
“Let's spy on him for a change.” She’s giddy at the prospect, but I’m horrified.
Looking over into my apartment I find that someone is in my home.
“It looks like maybe he's moving out.” She croons and I die a slow death as some stranger starts rummaging through my things and placing them in a box.
“Tiff, we have to call the police.” She looks at me like I’ve sprouted five heads.
“Don't be crazy. I'm not calling the police. I don't know the man.”
“He’s being robbed,” I choke out.
“How do you know? Anyway, who cares? Serves him right for being a perverted peeper.”
I look up startled. “A perverted peeper?” My tone is high pitched and totally unlike me.
Tiffany eyes me like I’m a rabid dog about to pounce. She shakes it off and continues her tirade. “All the guy does is watch me through the window in the shadows. When I walk through the house with only my bra on he’s over there doing God knows what. It gives me the heebie-jeebies.”
I scowl at her. “How does that make him a peeper? You’re running around half naked. Can you blame the guy? Of course he is going to look. Jesus, Tiff.”
She brushes it off like my logic is ridiculous.
“Well, whatever. He’s a creep anyway,” she says offhandedly.
“Tiffany the guy’s getting robbed. Look, there are two of them, and they’re taking his TV!”
“Probably a friend. Calm down, you big baby.”
I can’t take it anymore. I really don’t want her to know it’s me, but I’m getting robbed . “Call the police.” I stand, ready to head over there and stop these idiots. I don’t even care if they are packing. I’m about to cause some bodily harm. You don’t take a man’s TV.
    “Tiff. Call. The. Police.”
She crosses her arms like a child. “I’m not getting involved in someone else’s business.”
“It’s my business.” I point to myself. “That’s my damn apartment.” I throw my hands into the air in frustration.
    “What?” she bellows.
“You heard me. Calm down. I’ll explain later, but first, we need to get the police over there before they rob me blind.”
I run out the door, phoning the police myself. By they time I get there, the thieves are gone having taken most of my prized possessions and the police are just arriving.
I spend the next hour filing a report and doing all the necessary paperwork. My head is throbbing, and I just want to go to bed with Tiffany.
    Oh, fuck. Tiffany.
Something tells me I’m not getting any sleep tonight.

Tiffany
I watch through the window in disbelief.
My peeping neighbor was Tommy? The creepy pervert who I got off in front of, who may or may not be a serial killer, is Tommy? My Tommy? I should be mad. I should tear him a new asshole, but if I’m honest, it kind of makes me hot. It was him watching me. Did he know it was me that first day at the hospital? It would make more sense that
