avoided the bed, knowing full well what that would ultimately lead them to, instead he headed for the chairs that sat opposite a small table set for a meal by the balcony that looked down into Battery Park. Given the choice he would have preferred they had taken a stroll through the park, damn the cold. The vendors had an array of foods and the coffee at the little café was perfect on a chilly day. He wondered if it was something she ever did. Simply strolled through the park, on a sunny day. He would have to find out.
Sitting down, Matthew watched as she eyed him, with a smirk.
“Down to business, I suppose.” She took off her jacket, tossing it aside. Revealing underneath a white pencil skirt with a side slit up the right thigh, which as she walked exposed the hint of the top of her sheer silk stockings. Matthew’s pulse quickened and his pants tightened some, as he took in her lines. Her lavender top was tucked down into the tight high waist of the skirt, the cowl let her cleavage speak volumes.
Not going to let her distract me this time. Matthew repeated to himself, as she elevated the skirt, straddling him. Before popping a grape from the table into her well glossed mouth.
“You may start, since I’ve already stated all of my needs quite clearly.”
“Janet Willowsong.” Matthew started, calmly, adjusting in his seat, as she settled in his lap. Her eyebrows knitted together, causing an adorable little crinkle at the middle of her forehead, making him smile. How he wanted to get her in front of the camera. Knowing the lens would adore her round set opalescent green eyes, and symmetrical features. The Cupid’s bow mouth, with just enough excess in the bottom lip to tug upon. He’d thought to do just that, but halted. He had to make sure he was going to do right by his friend, first.
“You have me in your lap and want to talk of another woman. How very droll of you.” She rocked her pelvis down into him gently. “That is the roommate… Is she your lover?”
“ Janet? God no.” He laughed outright. “You don’t have to worry about that. You’re more her type than I’d ever be. But she’s been good to me over the years. I can’t just leave her out in the cold on this. You have to understand.”
“So what do you want from me? I’m not partial to women. At least not often enough to pay to keep one on hand.”
He raised a curious eyebrow at her. “All I’m saying is, I plan to keep her in the loop. She’s my best friend, you see. If I leave that apartment she’s out my income and on the street, so that stipend, well I’ll be giving a good portion to her. She gets me my models. Has a rapport with the Vets at the V.A… I need her for that.”
Donnella click clacked her tongue against her teeth, pushing her chest into his face. “I think I can work out something for that. What else?”
“Pepper.”
“Pepper? Another woman?” She sat back. “How many-”
“She’s a three month old puppy. I adore the little shitter, and won’t shelter her, and I don’t cage her, so if you plan on housing me you get her too.”
“Anything else?”
He shook his head in the negative.
“A Lesbian and a puppy? That’s all you have to stipulate?”
“For the moment. I’ve never done this before. Can we say I have the right to bring it back to the table if I should find reason to?”
“I can accept that. I’ll have it put in the non-disclosure that you have the right to a single renegotiation at a later time, say in two months? That will give you chance to get to know the ropes a bit and still be able to back out if you want to. Call it a trial run. After that the six months will go into effect. How does that sound?”
“Reasonable.”
“Very good.” She grinned, pulling her top up and over her head, revealing a lilac lace bra.

Her skin smelled of lilies again, and Matthew took a deep breath, as he kissed her clavicle, running his tongue down to the well at its center. She purred
