know what she would do if anything ever happened to either one of
them. They were the same as her own children, and she would die for
them.
“ Will you stay for a
visit?” Cayden asked.
    “ I think I have time. So
what titillating romance are you reading now?” Fiona asked as she
sat down and made herself comfortable for her visit.

Blake was walking among all the humans. As
he walked, he sent out his psychic energy trying to detect other
Fae. He could feel a large concentration at the strip club but they
were all male except for one female. He decided to check it out
even though he doubted it was Cam.
He walked up to the bouncer at the door of
the club. He could hear live New Orleans style jazz coming from
inside. The neon lights outside the club advertised the best live
nude girls. He stared at the bouncer and the bouncer moved aside
making room for him to pass through. He walked into the club,
noticing right away the scent of alcohol and sweat permeating the
air. He spotted the Fae he sensed earlier; he immediately ignored
the men and spotted the lone female working behind the bar. He sat
down as she approached.
“ Hello brother, what can I
get you?” The bartender was a thin willowy Pixie with luminescent
wings and wild exotic multi colored hair
that she hid with mist. She had ordinary blue eyes and was tall at
six feet.
    “ I am Blake. I am looking
for a Fae called Cam or Camilla. Have you seen her?”
“ I know a lot of Fae and
most wouldn’t want me telling their business to bounty
hunters.”
“ And what makes you think
I’m a bounty hunter?”
“ Well for starters I know
all the Fae enforcers in this country, and it isn’t you
mister.”
Blake smiled at the Fae woman. He liked a
strong woman and she had spunk.
    “ Yes, I am a bounty hunter.
I merely seek to make a living and return the Fae to her
Queen.”
    “ I don’t like it but I
haven’t seen her. Anyway, I heard she left town but what do I
know.”
    “ Thank you my sweet
sister.”
The woman looked at Blake with a hungry
smile. She knew she shouldn’t but she felt a pull toward him.
    “ I get off in 20 minutes —
want to come back to my place and help me release some sexual
energy?”
It had been a long time since he had been
with another Fae. It was getting late and he thought it would be
nice to spend some time with one of his people.
“ I would enjoy that very
much. You never gave me your name.”
“ You may call me Autumn,
pick me up out back in a few.”
Blake stood by the employee entrance waiting
for Autumn. She came out and the first thing he noticed was her
nice shapely legs. She was a little taller than him but that didn’t
bother him at all.
    “ Are you ready?” asked
Autumn
    “ Very Much.”
She walked around the corner and stopped to
look around, making sure there was no one there. She released her
wings, which stretched out over five feet on each side. She grabbed
onto his body from behind and took off flying into the air, taking
him by surprise and causing him to yell out “Be at ease my brother
Blake, I will not let you go.” Autumn held onto Blake, taking in
the dark scent of his nice aftershave.
He immediately calmed down, not knowing why
but trusting her completely. He could feel her behind him nuzzling
his neck. He looked around, enjoying the view of the city at night.
A short 10 minutes later they landed on the roof of a building. As
they landed he turned around to face her.
    “ Next time I would
appreciate a little warning.”
    “ Oh Blake, don’t be such a
baby. Come with me.”
“ I fully intend to, my
beauty.”
She used a key and opened a door on the roof
that led to a set of stairs. The walked down one flight and stopped
at the first door. She used her key to open it, and he followed her
into her small apartment. It was cozy and reminded him of being in
a garden, with fresh flowers and bright
