pointed at Saul whispering, “Hot”.
“Oh, watch out he’s a blonde”, whispered Dana.
They were just seventeen going on eighteen-years-old and the three of them entered the front of
the bar where it was loud, as the jukebox blazed with country music.
Ella with Dana are just looking around and the bar was packed, it was very western style in the
bar and looked old fashion, there was a big pool table and two pinball machines, along with a big
dartboard.
A crowd of people were playing darts and cheering over the game.
Many tables were full with a crowd of people, and Saul took them up to the counter.
There was an older man with a gray beard and a long ponytail going down his back of blue jean
overalls.
Then a much younger woman with a long braid of thick black hair that hung way down the back
of her flannel shirt and past her slender waist.
Wearing light brown corduroy pants and knee high Indian moccasins when Saul said, “Maw,
Paw, this is Dana and Ella that are lost”.
“Well Wiley’s are good for helping people”, replied his paw.
Ella with Dana felt a little better.
Tells his parents, “Get them whatever they want, but no booze”, he winked.
Heart beating fast, Ella mumbles, “Oh my stars is he hot”.
Watched him walk away into the crowd, he was about six-foot and stocky built, Ella smiled
looking at his perfect frame in those blue jeans.
Saul’s parents introduced themselves and made the girls feel very welcome and safe.
They were incredibly nice, funny and cool as Ella started having a good time.
Dana did not seem to be, as her eyes rolled looking around the loud bar.
Rushing up to the counter was a young boy with long golden-blonde hair and curls.
His long curly bangs hung down the side of his face blending in with his hairline and was tall
about six-foot-one or even six-two with a muscular built.
Wearing a flannel shirt and baggy blue jeans along with black steel toe boots the same as Saul
wore.
The young boy had a bloody nose, as he was out of breath.
Shaking her head in disgust, “Oh, not again, lord you fight every darn night boy”, remarked
Brenda upset.
Reaching the boy that was bleeding a bit heavily a towel and she added, “Are you ever going to
stop your fights?” He just stood holding the towel to his nose, as the girls looked at him.
Brenda said, “Please Sebastian get through one night trying not to fight, just because you have
those brute arms is no reason”.
Now Ella seem to study him mumbled under her breath, “Nah can’t be”.
Sebastian was holding the towel snug against his face, as he listened to Brenda that was shaking
her head raving on. “Heck every night you boy’s fight in here, how it happens I do not
understand”.
Mumbling through the towel, “Okay maw I’ll try”, walking away from the counter.
Twirling her straw in the soda, “He is your son?”
“Yep he sure is and tough my boys think”.
“Should have known by the flannel shirt thing going on”.
Brenda was giggling and added, “My boys really are rough though and get it so naturally, I
myself hate fights”.
Dana told Ella, “Wow, I think there are many of these Wiley people”.
Ella just stared at one though with her heart racing.
Then a third younger boy about five-foot nine or taller comes up to the counter asking,
“Maw, you got any batteries?”
Slender built, wore a flannel shirt with black corduroys and the same black steel toe boots.
“Let me look boy”, as she bent down under the counter.
Eyes big, Dana excitedly said, “Seth Wiley?” Ella just looked thinking, how could he see?
Turned around asking, “Yes, who wants to know?” His long dark curls covered his face.
“You’re in our school”, said Dana with a smile.
Pushing his long dark curls aside, “Yep, I saw y’all before”, as he gave a deep stare at Ella,
that’s eyes become big and Dana thought, how could that boy see anything?
“What are you doing in our bar your only in the eleventh
