your hand up my thigh, and you can do all kinds of wicked things with your fingers.” Her heart pounded just saying the words.
Damn. She did read his mind. “Now that you mention it….” He reached for her hem but she pulled her leg under the table. Scott laughed. “Trying to bluff me, baby?”
“ Maybe,” Natalie looked around the dining room and lowered her voice. “But as soon as we get out of here I’m serving me for dessert.”
“ As soon as we get back to the hotel.” The sooner the better, Scott decided. Where was that damn waiter?
“ Not necessarily.” She left the suggestion unsaid and waited for his reaction.
Scott raised his eyebrows. “Here?” He looked around, studying the restaurant’s layout. The popular seafood place was loaded with tourists, and its décor wasn’t exactly suited for an intimate rendezvous. A few miniature palm trees secluded their table but not nearly enough for what he had in mind. There weren’t any dark corners, and he didn’t even want to think about taking her into a public restroom.
“ Or someplace in between.” Natalie watched him, trying to read his thoughts. He was so damn sexy when his mind was working. His furrowed black brows enhanced the silver flecks in his gray eyes, lending a focused intensity to his chiseled features. Long fingers ruffled his silky black hair as he discarded one idea after another. Should she give him a hint? “I’ve always wanted to make love outdoors.”
Now that was an idea worth pursuing. Scott grinned then winced. “Can’t do it here. Too many tourists.” They’d dreamed about a honeymoon at Disney World since the moment they were engaged, but they didn’t expect it to be so busy in the off-season. “Someone might see us.”
Natalie’s heart fluttered at the thought. “But isn’t that half the fun?”
    “ Being watched?”
    “ Taking the risk.”
“ Oh…I don’t know about that.” Scott wasn’t a prude. Far from it, in fact, but he preferred to keep their sexual adventures behind closed doors. “I’m not letting anyone else see me naked.”
“ Why not? I love your body.” She rested her chin in her hands and leaned over the table, mentally undressing his long, lean, hard body. His buttoned shirt revealed just a sprinkling of crisp black hair covering his tanned chest. Her eyes slid lower, following the dark line to his swelling erection. Natalie’s fingers curled against her cheek, itching to touch him. Where was that damn waiter?
“ Then I’m not letting anyone else see you naked.” Just the thought of someone other than him seeing her long blond hair bouncing on her bare shoulders while she rode him was enough to provoke an overprotective reaction. He shook his head and stabbed his plate.
“ But we don’t have to take off all our clothes.” Natalie’s voice lowered into a soft seductive purr as she imagined what she’d do with her husband naked—on their table, in the street, in their hotel room—anywhere.
He toyed with the idea, imagining her skirt pushed up around her waist, spaghetti straps sliding down her shoulders. “That’s true,” he whispered, his own voice husky with longing. “I promise, as soon as we get back to our room, I’ll help myself to your dessert.” But he couldn’t help himself to a stolen caress of her thigh, slipping his fingers under her skirt to tease the golden curls between her legs.
Natalie bit her lip to keep from moaning. She spotted the waiter and signaled for the check.
“ Will there be anything for dessert this evening?” The waiter showed them the dessert menu, but Natalie giggled while Scott shook his head.
    “ Not here,” Scott winked.
The waiter gave him a knowing smile then handed him the check.
The Florida night was steamy and hot. A warm tropical breeze stirred the palm trees, lifting Natalie’s skirt enough to give Scott a tempting peek at the back of her thighs. “Let’s get a cab.” He couldn’t get back to the hotel soon
