miles.”
    Alex smiled with pride.
“Not bad for an old man.” He pulled the tank top over
his head and used it to wipe the sweat from his brow, then his eyes
met Chase. “It's Saturday. Why are you working?”
    “ It's
not really work,” Chase said. “I saw you leave and
figured I'd get some measurements for the replacement trim boards
while you were gone.”
    “ Sure
sounds like work to me,” Alex said. “Come on. Take a
break with me. We'll cool off in the pool,” Alex said, and
started walking along the hedges toward the gate into the pool area.
“Unless of course, me skinny dipping again is going to offend
you.”
    Chase
was glad Alex had his back to him when he made the comment, so his
look of shock was missed. His cock jerked behind his zipper; like
some sort of salute to the idea. Chase couldn't believe he was
actually considering the invitation, and then his phone rang. He
pulled it from his pocket and looked at the caller I.D.
    “ It's
my fiancée,” he said. He looked up from his phone in
time to see Alex shucking off his sneakers, then pushing his sweaty
jogging shorts down his legs and stepping out of them. Sunglasses
and ball cap followed, each item falling on top of the shorts. Alex
stood there naked, backside to Chase; glorious ass fully exposed,
while he wiped the sweat from his face. Then, Alex turned at the
waist and gave Chase a wave over his shoulder, before diving into the
deep end of the pool with a loud splash.
    Chase
spun away and started walking toward the guest house. “Danni,
how are you?”
    “ You
sound out of breath, Chase,” she teased. “You abusing
yourself again?”
    “ I
was on top of a ladder when you called,” he said. Behind him,
Alex resurfaced in the water and let loose with an exuberant hoot
that echoed around the hedged in area.
    “ Who's
that yelling?” Danni asked.
    “ Our
new neighbor,” Chase said with a chuckle. He stepped up onto
the side porch on the cottage and sat down in a rocking chair.
    “ Have
you met him?” Danni asked. “Is he as bad as you thought
he'd be?”
    Chase set his head against
the back of the chair and closed his eyes. “Yes, we've met and
he seems nice. Friendly.”
    “ What
does that mean?” she asked.
    “ Nothing
more than he's friendly,” Chase said. “That's all.”
    “ Is
he someone famous?”
    Chase
laughed at that comment. “You won't believe me when I tell you
who he is,” he said. “It's Zander from Ivory Tower.”
    “ No
freaking way!” Dannie said with excitement. “Zander
Metcalf is living right next door to us?”
    “ The
one and only,” Chase said. “I didn't recognize him at
first. He looked different to me for some reason, but it is
definitely him.”
    “ He
is so damn sexy!” Danni said.
    Chase
swallowed hard. Alex sexy? He hadn't fucking noticed. He snorted
at his own joke. Then he wondered what Danni would have to say if he
told her Zander – Alex, was at this very moment swimming naked
just on the other side of the hedges.
    “ Chase?
Are you still there?”
    “ Yeah,
I'm here,” he said. He straightened in his chair and was able
to see over the flat tops of the hedges. He saw Alex pull himself
out of the pool and stand up on the patio stones. Naked. Completely
and gloriously naked. Not one ounce of embarrassment about him as he
stood there; with his cock appearing to thicken in the sun. His
large hands pushed the long hair off his forehead and wiped the water
from his eyes, then his gaze found Chase sitting on the porch. Alex
waved again, offering Chase a lingering look at his full frontal,
then turned to walk toward the cabana to retrieve a towel.
    Fuck.
This was going to be one long, HOT, summer.
    “ I'm
here, baby,” Chase said. “I miss you like crazy.”
    “ How
much?” she asked. “Is your cock hard?”
    Chase glanced at his lap.
His cock was hard enough to pound nails and was straining against the
front of his jeans, threatening to rip through the zipper if he
didn't free
