have anything to say for yourself?”

“ I’m sorry... I knew you’d paddle them and I didn’t want them to get into trouble. They swore they’d never do it again if I didn’t tell you.” She cleared her throat and swallowed hard. “I thought I could handle it. I should have told you. Please, don’t be mad at me.”

“ Bonnie, you’ve said yourself how much their behavior has improved since they started getting the paddle again. I thought we were in agreement about this.”

“ I am... we are... it’s just that skipping school is so bad . I knew you’d really paddle them hard and I guess I just didn’t want to see that happen. I grounded them. Did you notice they were home for the past couple of weeks?”

“ Didn’t make much of an impression since they did it again today.”

Bonnie’s hand fluttered. “I... I don’t know what to say. I’m sorry. I should have told you. Are you going to paddle them?”

He raised his brows. “ Their bottoms are not the ones you should be worried about right now.”

She blinked back tears and her bottom lip started to tremble. “You’re going to paddle me, too?”

He shook his head and her eyes filled with confusion. “I’m going to give you a good old-fashioned whipping, Bonnie. You and the girls, too. You all deserve more than a regular paddling this time.”

Her chest moved rapidly up and down. “What do you mean?”

“ I want you to take off your clothes.”

“ But... why? You usually just push up my skirt and pull down my panties... ”

“ Not this time. Now do as you’re told.”

Bonnie jumped from the bed at his tone and started to remove her clothing. He noticed her whole body trembled as it always did when he intended to punish her, but he wouldn’t allow it to sway him from whipping her.

Finally she stood before him naked, her arms wrapped around her body. She was already sobbing.

“ Please... ” she whimpered, “let me put my blouse back on.”

He shook his head and slowly started to unbuckle his belt, watching her eyes widen. She backed away and moved around the bed out of his reach.

“ No! You’re not going to hit me with that,” she cried.

He nodded. “You lied to me, Bonnie. You deserve something more severe than a paddling. I’m sorry, but you’ve earned yourself a belt-whipping. Now come here.”

“ I didn’t lie to you!” she protested. “I just didn’t tell you about it!”

“ You lied by omission, and when I asked you why the girls weren’t going out anymore you told me they had term papers to work on and didn’t have time.” She gasped. He supposed she’d forgotten about that. “Now come here.”

    “ Please, Joseph.”

“ You’re only making things harder on yourself.”

Bonnie’s face fell and she moved back across the room to stand before him with her head bowed. “P... please... don’t w... whip me with th... at.”

Joseph’s dad had always required them to stand when he whipped them with a belt.

“ I want you to hold on to that bedpost,” he ordered, pointing with the belt, “and don’t you dare let go.”

Bonnie moved to the bed like an old lady and grabbed hold of the post. She watched over her shoulder while he rolled up his sleeves, her bottom clenched, and whimpered.

He wrapped the buckle end of the belt around his hand a couple of times as he’d seen his dad do and drew his arm back to bring the leather down around Bonnie’s quivering behind with a loud snap. She screamed and went up on her toes, her whole body jerking. Slowly, he drew his arm back again. Bonnie, watching over her shoulder, began to scream before he even brought it down. Again the belt met her bottom with a satisfactory snap. Her bottom jiggled back and forth while she blew through her teeth and bounced up and down.

“ No, no, no, no,” she begged when he raised his arm again, followed by a wail
