smiled up at him, stroking his jaw. “I’m not going to be able to move for a week.
    If this was a motor home, I wouldn’t have to.”
    Damien propped himself up, a wicked gleam in his green eyes. “Ryan and I could take turns driving.”
    “Yeah. We’d come back and make love to you for hours.” Wrapping a slender arm around each of their shoulders, she pulled them down for a kiss.
    “That sounds nice.” She sighed, smiling. It slipped slightly as she thought of the man she would meet the next day. “Do you think your friend Logan is going to like me?” Peaches didn’t suffer from a lack of confidence. She did wonder, however, if she was up to the challenge of a “moody” friend.
    Though she obviously hadn’t jumped in bed with every man she had ever met, she had now had sex with two men within hours of meeting them. While she didn’t think that made her a slut, it was still too early for it to be much more than mutual attraction and fantastic sex.
    Still, she worried about this third man’s reaction to her. This Logan person meant a lot to these two men. How could they develop a relationship if he didn’t approve of her?
    “Baby, he’s going to love you.”
    “If you give him a chance,” Damien added, tempering Ryan’s declaration. “It won’t be easy.”

    There wasn’t a chance in hell. Peaches and Logan MacMillan stared hard at one another, measuring each other like a pair of gunslingers in a hot, dusty street at noon. She doubted there would ever be anything but animosity between them while she was there hiding out. She had to admit to herself that he was a very fine-looking beast, and a damned big one, too.
    Logan was probably three or four inches taller than Damien, and nearly half a foot taller than Ryan. Neither of those two men was small.
    Nope, it wasn’t going to work. She knew why she was here, on their ranch. Getting to have sex with two of the gorgeous owners was a perk. So was keeping herself alive. Peaches doubted she would be here long. Once the other shooter was caught, she could go home with some fantastic memories. Until then she would stay as far as she could from Logan.
    “Wow, that didn’t go well,” Ryan muttered as they headed into the house, leaving a scowling Logan behind with Damien. They could hear the anger in the men’s voices as they went, but not the words. Neither thought that was really necessary. Logan wasn’t happy she 26
    was there, and Damien wasn’t happy Logan was being an unsociable asshole. “Don’t worry, it’ll get better.”
    Peaches decided upon total honesty. As he showed her a room upstairs she could use, she put it all out there. “Ryan, I’m not worried about Logan. I’ll be here for a few days at most.
    We’ll avoid each other. It’ll be fine.”
    Dismay crossed Ryan’s open, handsome features. “A few days? Peaches, Damien and I want you here a lot longer than a few days. We think you’re special. We’ve already got feelings for you.”
    “I think the two of you are pretty special, too. I’m not going to just run off, but I don’t really believe that what’s happening between us right now is enough to last very long. At least it won’t if Logan doesn’t come around. He’s sexy as hell, and I could tell he found me attract-ive. But I can’t see him budging on this. He doesn’t want me here. Three other women have come and gone. I’ll be the fourth, because you two can’t do anything to hurt him. What we feel for each other might burn out quickly. Lust usually does.”
    “Lust! It feels like more than lust to me.” He put her suitcases on the bed. Then he was reaching for her, pulling her close to his hard, leanly muscular body. “Damien and I want you to think about staying here for a lot longer than a few days. Can you give it a try? Will you think about it? It doesn’t always have to be the two of us together. You call all the shots. We’ll be the most willing sex slaves a woman has ever seen.”
