woman.”
“I am. I think Saint’s slowly getting over the fact it’s with a rival MC.” Elena chuckled. “He’s changed since you’ve been back.”
“I doubt it. It has been a week and a half. I was in a worse state than this.” He hadn’t taken her to the hospital. She’d begged him not to.
“He’s a good guy, isn’t he?” Elena asked.
“I think so.” Saint was always a good guy. It was his father that hadn’t been helping. He’d demanded a monster, and rather than fight it, Saint had caved, giving his father exactly what he wanted.
“Can I take a look around?” Natasha asked.
    “Sure.”
Moving to an array of dildos, she picked up the largest one, wondering what Saint was like. Their first time hadn’t been the best. In fact it had been painful, and Saint had lasted a grand old time of five minutes, if that.
Why are you thinking about sex with Saint?
The door went, and she looked around the array of sex toys to see a beautiful woman, with dark brown hair pulled back into a ponytail. She wore jeans and a shirt that showcased her curves.
    “Hey, Melissa.”
“Hi, Elena. I’m looking for an anal kit.”
    “No problem. This way.”
Natasha looked at the dildos listening to the two women talk. Being in Sinners’ Corner, she remembered what it was like to be her old self. She never took shit from anyone, and she certainly didn’t become someone’s punching bag.
“Did you hear about Saint?” Melissa asked. “He’s got an old girlfriend back.”
“She’s back there near the dildos,” Elena said.
Natasha leaned around the large stand of key chains, and smiled. “Hey, I’m Natasha.”
“Melissa. I’m married to Pea. He’s a club brother.” Melissa made her way toward her. “Well, well, well, you know the club is surrounded with gossip about you.”
    “Yay.”
    Melissa laughed. “I like you.”
    “You don’t even know me.”
“It doesn’t take a lot for me to be impressed.” Melissa reached out and took hold of Natasha’s face. “A weak shit decided to lay his hands on you.”
    “Soon to be ex-husband.”
“Ah, I had a lover not long ago think that he could touch me.”
“Lover? I thought you were married.”
    “It’s complicated.”
“Pea and Melissa have an open marriage. They screw who they want, and they don’t hide it,” Elena said.
“I don’t know if I could stand that,” Natasha said. Simon had cheated. She knew about the women he used to go and see. The lipstick stains on his shirt and body had been a clear sign. She’d never felt brokenhearted about it. If anything, she was relieved that he found some pleasure elsewhere.
When had she become this woman, settling for second best?
    You left Saint.
You left the man you loved.
“Anyway, it’s nice to meet you,” Natasha said, moving back toward the dildos.
“You should come around some time. All the girls get together, and we have some fun, some wine, a little partying. This Friday, my place, get Saint to drop you off.”
“I’m going to be there, and so is Sarah. She works here as well. You’ll like it. It should be fun,” Elena said.
“Are you ladies trying to ruin my girl?” Saint said, drawing attention to the door that had opened.
“You got it, big brother,” Elena said.
Natasha picked up one of the dildos, followed by a butt plug, and then unable to resist, she picked up a dirty movie. Placing the items on the counter, she grabbed Saint’s money.
He moved up behind her. “Interesting.”
“I think so. It should keep me entertained while you’ve got me locked up in your house.”
Saint placed a hand on her hip, and Natasha bit her lip. The years that had kept them separate faded away at the smallest touch.
How could it be that he had this power over her?
    You never forgot him.
You never wanted to leave him.
    You did anyway!
So many mistakes. So much regret filled her.
Saint’s breath fanned across her neck, and she glanced back to look at him. “You don’t
