this week, but that's at least enough to last me a couple of days."
Bob pulled out of the parking lot and pointed the car toward home.  "That works."  He was more nervous again now that they were alone together.
Cissie took a deep breath, knowing she needed to tell him what she'd meant about it being her first time.  She wasn't looking forward to the conversation, but what the heck?  He was always blushing, so she could just join him, right?  "I didn't mean that I wanted our first time together to be in a bed," she said softly.
Bob looked at her with wide eyes.  They could always put the back seat down.  There wasn't a lot of room to stretch out, but he'd find an empty cornfield somewhere if that's what she wanted.  "Oh?  Where then?"
Cissie stared at him for a moment, trying to understand him.  When she comprehended how he'd taken her statement, she blushed and laughed at the same time.  "No, that's not what I mean, either, but I do like the way you think, Deputy Bob."  She needed to be clearer when she spoke to him apparently.  His mind was definitely going to go where it wanted to go.
Bob blushed, feeling like an idiot.  "What did you mean?"
"I meant that this is my first time, not just our first time."  She didn't look at him as she said the words.  She couldn't, because now she was blushing too.  What a pair they made!
"You mean—"  He couldn't force himself to finish the sentence.  She couldn't mean what he thought she meant.  She was too bold!
She nodded.  "Exactly.  I've never done this before.  I'm a virgin. Totally new territory for me." She put her hand on his thigh and leaned close over the console. "I find I'm a bit eager, though."  It was the understatement of the year, but she couldn't very well tell him she wanted to strip him and do him in the car.  Well, she could, but she probably shouldn't.
Bob felt like his heart was going to beat out of his chest.  He'd envisioned a long wild night of impassioned sex, and he was going to have to be gentle with her.  He wanted to scream, and he was pleased all at once.  No other man had touched her like he was going to.  And never would.
The drive to his house took twenty minutes, and he did his best to calm his beating heart.  He knew she wasn't going to want to dive straight into bed when they got there, and it was all he could think about!  They'd only had snacks at the reception, so he would probably need to come up with something for them to eat relatively quickly.  He could get his mind out of his pants long enough to do that, couldn't he?
When they pulled up in front of a small house in Shady Hills, she eyed it curiously.  They were on the outskirts of town, not that there was much of a town there.  Shady Hills had a population of less than three hundred people, so it wasn't exactly overcrowded.  They didn't even have their own bowling alley, and had to drive to Blevins to use theirs.  Very sad in Cissie's mind.
Of course, Blevins was dry and Shady Hills wasn't, so a lot of people in Blevins had to drive to Shady Hills to drink.  Here, the bars were the centers of town.
As soon as the car was stopped, she turned to him.  "You okay with what I told you?"  He'd said very little since she'd made her confession to him, and she was getting worried.
Bob nodded solemnly, wondering what she'd say if he wasn't okay with it.  Would she run out and 'take care of the problem' with some stranger?  He certainly couldn't allow that to happen.
Reaching for him, she grabbed his shoulders and pulled him to her, her mouth going to his.  She got caught by a cop kissing in a car as a teenager, and had always wondered about kissing a cop in a car.  Maybe they could make out in the back of his police car sometime.
Bob pulled her closer, groaning at the console digging into his side.  "We'd be a lot more comfortable in the house."  In my bed .
"Only if you promise me one thing..."
He nipped her neck, ready to promise
