“That’s not all. Around four I wake up hung over and throwing up like crazy. I’m feeling like hell, kneeling in the floor of the bathroom when in walks Tyler, looking sexy as shit in nothing but sleep pants, and there I am hugging the toilet, puking my guts out.”
    “Oh my God that's embarrassing!”
“Tell me about it. I had no idea he was Caleb’s freaking roommate, or that he’d heard us, you know earlier... So I expect him to be pissed at me and call me a slut for hooking up with his buddy, but he doesn’t. He’s sweet. So damn sweet. He put a cold rag on my neck and held my hair up. Then he brought me some of his pajamas and a pillow and blanket so I could sleep on the couch near the bathroom.”
“Sounds like you hooked up with the wrong man, Lauren, even with the mind-blowing orgasm.”
“Yeah that’s what I thought too. Caleb is fun, and amazing and intense, especially in bed, but Tyler is so sexy and sweet.”
“So, just go after Tyler if he’s the one you want.”
“Yeah, I did that this morning.”
“What?” she exclaimed, almost rear-ending the car in front of us.
“I, um…shit this is embarrassing. I took a shower then crawled into Tyler’s bed after Caleb had to leave. I woke him up with a, ah, blow job.”
    “Are you kidding?”
“No. And he was really into it-”
“What man isn’t into a blow job?”
“Well yeah, so after that he's ready to go, puts the condom on, goes down on me giving me an equally earth shattering orgasm like his roommate. Fuck that sounds terrible, but anyway, then he jumps up and tells me I need to leave because he doesn't want to screw me behind his friend's back.”
    “Wow.”
“Yeah, I don’t know what I was thinking. God, he just makes me crazy.”
    “Which one?” Jess laughed.
    “Both, but especially Tyler.”
    “So now what?”
“I don’t know,” I said with a heavy sigh, leaning my head back against the seat. “I guess I’ll see if Caleb calls me. We exchanged numbers so he may or may not. Depends on if Tyler tells him what happened between us this morning. I know I won’t hear from Tyler. He hates me now that I slept with his roommate, and fooled around with him too. He doesn't have my number either.”
“If you’re waiting for me to say ‘poor baby’ you’ve got another thing coming. You are one lucky chick, worried about which of the sexy guys you want. Shit, I’ll take whichever one you don’t want.”
“That’s the problem. I want them both. Or at least I want a chance to date them both. I like Tyler and Caleb, and damn it, if they weren't friends I could go out with them both at the same time.  You know I've never messed around with two guys before, and now when it happens I can't date them because they're friends that live under the same fucking roof!”
“Only you. By the way, where is your rental car?”
“Still at Shooter's. I was too drunk to drive last night. Will you take me by there?”
    “Sure.”
“Then I’m going to go home and hopefully crash until class Monday morning.”
“At least you can say your one weekend off from work was exciting. I was stuck with the usual gross old men trying to cop a feel all night.”
    “Ugh.”
    “And you got laid.”
“There is that. First time in three months too, and completely made me forget all about Chad, the three thrust wonder boy. I’m telling you Jess, Caleb is gorgeous and so much fun, and Tyler is like a buff, sexy, save-the-day cop.”
“Do they know where you work?”
I exhaled harshly, thinking about how the guys I've dated in the past reacted to it. “Yes. Caleb didn't seem to mind, but Tyler seriously disapproves. Well, until I offered him a private lap dance.”
“Ha! This should be fun to watch. You’ve got your very own freaking soap opera going on,” Jess said with a laugh.
“Yeah, and if it wasn’t my life it’d be pretty fucking entertaining to see what happens next.”
